Get atleast 6 hours of sleep prior to the check-up.Lack of sleep may cause abnormal results such as blood pressure, heart beat, and body temperature.

Do not eat or drink (water is OK) for at least 8 – 10 hours prior to the health check. OK to drink water as needed to avoid dehydration.

No alcohol for at least 24 hours prior to the appointment as alcohol may affect some tests. Please inform the doctor or nurse before the test if you have consumed alcohol during this time.

If you are taking medicine for hypertension / elevated BP, you can continue taking this as per your doctor’s prescription.

If you have a chronic illness or other health problems, please bring any previous test results or medical reports with you to assist in diagnosis.

Please bring all the medications you take currently.

Please wear clothing allowing access to upper arm.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring your sneakers / shoes if you are scheduled to do a TMT. (Male patients should shave their chest area)

Female patients: If you are menstruating, please avoid the urine analysis as there will be blood contamination. This affects the interpretation of the results.

Pap smear and Breast cancer screening by Ultrasound Breast / Digital Mammogram, should be avoided during the menstrual period if possible.

If pregnant, please inform the staff to cancel the x-ray.

Health check-ups are available daily between 7.30am – 4.00pm. Please make an appointment. Last registration for a health check will be at 10 am.
